CPXT Parent Meeting

Meeting brought to order by Cheniene at in the parent room.
First order of business Cheniene spoke of the chicken barbeque from this summer. She left all the parents know that Mifflintown Fire Co. was pleased with the ticket sales and wants CPXT to do it again next year. (Profit is on the attachment)
Our first bingo with Mifflintown Fire Co. was held on Aug. 24th and also went very well. We were asked to just be careful that the children do NOT handle the money at any time. Next bingo will be held on November 24th at . Help should arrive at . Cheniene asked if you cannot sell your ticket to be sure you return them.
Lisa gave the financial report. She went over level breakdowns and profits to date. (See attachment)
Rebecca gave the fundraiser updates. Candle sales will begin very shortly so we can have them in on time for Christmas. Theo’s pizza will be sometime after Christmas. Rebecca asked if anyone has suggestions for fundraisers to talk to her or any board member. She also wanted everyone to know they can still order Rada Knives over the internet and still get profits for CPXT.
Shelly spoke to everyone of the Gymfest for November 10-11. Deadline for sign-up is Oct. 8th, at this time we have 61 gymnasts signed up from other gyms. Entry fee is $60.00 for comp. $65.00 for opt. We will be in need of anyone who wants to give baked goods or barbeque for the concession stand.
